week program. The class also includes Body-Fat and weight
assessments to monitor your results.
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 10:00am - 11:00am / Saturdays @ 9:00am - 10:00am

design to keep you in shape by taking different classes each sessions a week.
Most weight lose exercise gets to a point where it gets boring and less challenging.
If your exercise routine is boring , Lets face it, nobody will continue doing
it and it does not matter if it is good for you. The classes are fun and challenging.
We will Rock your Body with a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Abs-Workout, Aerobics,
Circuit Training, Kickboxing , Weight Resistance, Power Stretching and more.

Q. Is your classes beginners friendly?
A. Yes, any body can join in regardless of physical ability. Our trainers can
adjust and restructure every exercise according to your level to maximize your
exercise.
Q. How big are the classes?
A. We try to keep the class up to 6 people per sessions, so we make sure the
you get the results that you wanted. With a small group, you will get the personal
attention what you will not get in a big gyms.
Q. Can I join any time?
A. Yes, you can start your class in the middle of the 6 week program any day
of the week. We just pro-rate you account.
Q. How does the program works?
A. You join a 6 weeks program and take 3 classes a week. Each day you come in,
the class will be different to work every part of your body. You may repeat
the program by renewing your membership 1 week before your membership is due.
